Do I need to book a class or can I just show up?

For most of our group fitness classes, we recommend booking in advance due to limited spots. You can easily reserve your place through our app or by contacting the front desk. Walk-ins are welcome, but spots are subject to availability.

How do I book personal training sessions?

You can book personal training sessions through our member portal or by speaking with one of our staff members at the front desk. Personal training sessions can be included in certain membership tiers or purchased separately.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

Yes, you can freeze your membership for up to 1 months if needed. If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us at least 10 days in advance. You can freeze or cancel through the member portal or by visiting the front desk.

Are there any discounts available?

We offer various discounts for students, seniors, and military personnel. Additionally, we run seasonal promotions and referral programs, so be sure to check our Promotions page for the latest offers.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have free parking available for all members. Parking spaces are located at the back of the club, with reserved spots for VIP members near the entrance.

What are the gym’s operating hours?

Our gym is open seven days a week:Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Public Holidays: Check our website or contact the front desk for holiday hours.
